Free website audit
Our website audit is free. No payment is taken.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we start any work on your project, we refund your advance payment in full.
After work has started
If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that point. Any amount paid for work not yet done is refunded.
Monthly services (SEO and ads management)
You can stop a monthly service by giving us notice before your next billing date. Fees for a month that has already started are not refundable.
What is not refundable
- Ad spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms
- Third-party purchases made for you, such as domains, hosting, premium themes or plugins
- Work that you have already approved and that has gone live
How to request a refund
Email or WhatsApp us with your name, project and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
