These Terms & Conditions apply when you use teamelivate.com or hire Team Elivate ("we", "us", "our") for website design, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads or related services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are written in your quote or proposal. Anything not listed there is outside the scope and may be charged separately.

Quotes and payments

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
• Payment terms (advance and balance) are stated in your quote.
• Work starts after the agreed advance payment is received.
• Late payments may pause work until the payment is cleared.

Your responsibilities

• Share the content, logins, photos and approvals we need, on time.
• Make sure the content you give us is yours to use and is accurate.
• Review and approve work before it goes live.

Advertising

Ad budgets for Google Ads and Meta Ads are paid directly by you to Google or Meta from your own account, and are separate from our fee. Ad approvals, policies and platform changes are controlled by those platforms, not by us.

Results

We work hard to bring you results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, because these depend on many factors outside our control.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help with research, copywriting, design and video. A person on our team reviews and approves all work before it is delivered.

Third-party tools

Websites may use third-party themes, plugins, hosting and services. These are covered by their own licences and terms.

Ownership

After full payment, the final website design and content we create for you belong to you, except third-party items covered by their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and logins private and use them only to deliver our services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Ending a project

Either side can end a project by written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
